A directory for evaluating communities before joining

JoinComu is an independent project operated from Colombia by José Hernández. Its purpose is to make public groups, channels, communities and servers easier to discover without presenting them as certified or guaranteed.

The directory is not part of WhatsApp, Telegram or Discord and does not participate in conversations on those platforms.

Some listings are submitted by users and others are selected editorially by JoinComu. Provenance describes how a listing was added; it is not a guarantee about its administrators, members or future content.

Each listing has a defined duration. Once expired, it is no longer shown as active unless renewed through the available process. This reduces abandoned links without promising that every external link will always work.

Beyond the external link, a listing may show its platform, space type, category, reach, language, publication date, expiration, content classification and safety guidance.

Reports can flag expired links, mismatched content, possible scams and other issues. Reports and administrative reviews support maintenance, but they do not replace your own assessment before joining.

Sensitive content is separated through the existing classifications and access controls. JoinComu does not present adult or gambling content as general content and provides channels for reporting incorrect classifications.

The editorial commitment is straightforward: keep the directory understandable, useful and reasonably current, correct known problems and explain the service limits clearly.
