Safety and methodology

Useful context, clear limits and careful decisions

JoinComu adds context to each listing, but no listing replaces your own review of the community and external platform.

What JoinComu checks

Checks are limited to signals available during publication and directory maintenance.

  • Whether the link format matches WhatsApp, Telegram or Discord during the applicable process.
  • The recorded platform, resource type, publication date, expiration and content classification.
  • User reports and administrative reviews when there is a reason to inspect a listing.
  • Known changes that require hiding, reclassifying, correcting or removing a listing.

What JoinComu does not check or guarantee

A visible listing is not a certification of safety, identity or official status.

  • JoinComu does not participate in external conversations or control community administrators.
  • It does not guarantee the identity of every owner, moderator or member.
  • It does not guarantee absolute safety or that external content will remain unchanged.
  • It does not validate offers, payments, investments, giveaways, jobs or claims made by third parties.

Before joining or participating

Take a moment to review the context before sharing information or following instructions.

  • Check the name, description, rules, visible administrators and requested permissions.
  • Do not share passwords, access codes, documents, banking details or sensitive information.
  • Be cautious with urgent payments, guaranteed returns, impersonation and links that unexpectedly change domains.
  • If you are a minor, avoid age-inappropriate spaces and ask a trusted adult for help.

How to report a problem

Use “Report community” on a listing to flag an expired link, mismatched content, a possible scam or inappropriate content. Include only necessary context and never send sensitive data.

For issues that do not fit a listing report, use the contact channels. For illegal content or an immediate threat, also contact the relevant platform and competent authorities.
