These terms establish the conditions for consulting JoinComu, publishing communities, submitting reports and opening external links from the directory. By using those functions, you accept the rules described here.
1. Service scope
JoinComu organizes and displays listings for external WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord and compatible platform communities. Publishing a community is free. There are currently no paid memberships or subscriptions; planned monetization is through advertising spaces.
2. Community publication
Anyone submitting a community declares that they are authorized to share the link and that the name, description, platform, type, category, country, language and classification are true and sufficient. They also grant JoinComu a limited license to display that public information within the directory.
JoinComu may apply automated controls and human review when risk signals exist. A publication may be approved, placed under review, hidden, suspended or deleted due to reports, abuse, duplication, false classification or rule violations.
3. Prohibitions
It is not permitted to publish illegal content, child sexual exploitation, threats, terrorism, malware, fraud, impersonation, unlawful sales, doxxing, mass spam, misleading links or content that violates third-party rights. Adult content and gambling may appear only if classified correctly and compliant with applicable rules.
4. External links and reports
Links lead to communities administered outside JoinComu. Before joining, review rules, administrators and security signals. You may report expired links, fraud, impersonation, illegal content or other violations from the listing or by writing to reportes@joincomu.com.
5. Availability, property and changes
JoinComu may change features, moderation criteria or service availability for operational, legal or security reasons. Third-party marks and content belong to their respective holders.
Liability limitations apply reasonably and proportionally: JoinComu does not control everything that happens in external communities, but it will address reports and requests through the available channels. Access may be terminated in cases of abuse or use contrary to these terms.
6. Applicable law and contact
The main framework is Colombian law, without excluding mandatory rights from other countries when applicable. Questions about these terms may be sent to contacto@joincomu.com. Identification of the responsible person is available in the Legal notice.
